At KOREVA, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic K-beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items
- If you need a different product, please place a new order
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
